BACS Construction Services and Engineering Consultancy and Dr. Cesario A. Bacosa, Jr., has been accredited and Recognized by International Geosynthetics Society, International Association of Lowland Technology-IALT, South East Asian Geotechnical Society, and International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical engineering (ISSMGE) and Royal Institute of Civil engineers -Singapore.
